Happy Friday! Today we’re making vegan raw chocolate mousse, and I have been SO excited to share this recipe with you, we aren’t going to waste time with chit chat today.
Cause when you can have a bowl of rich, creamy, 3 INGREDIENT chocolate mousse, you might as well get straight to it, right?!
Ingredients for vegan raw chocolate mousse
- Avocado: ripe avocado gives the mousse its creamy, decadent texture.
- Medjool dates: dates provide rich, caramel-like sweetness, but totally naturally from fruit.
- Cacao powder: for all the chocolate flavor, of course.
Tips for making vegan raw chocolate mousse
- Make sure the avocado is ripe. You want a really lush, creamy texture, so the avocado shouldn’t be hard at all.
- Make sure everything is well-blended. You may need to stop once or twice to scrape down the sides of the food processor to get all the ingredients totally smooth.
This vegan raw chocolate mousse is so creamy, fluffy, and oh so decadent. Naturally sweetened with dates and full of that rich chocolatey flavor, it will seriously satisfy your sweet tooth, no baking necessary.
