ingredients for vegan 3 ingredient no bake brownie bites
- Rolled oats: oats help the brownie bites to hold their shape and provide healthy whole grains.
- Cacao powder: cacao gives great rich chocolate flavor and is loaded with antioxidants.
- Medjool dates: dates not only provide natural, fruit sweetness, but their sticky texture helps hold the brownie bites together.
tips for making vegan 3 ingredient no bake brownie bites
- Make sure to start with the dry ingredients. Make sure to blend the oats + cacao powder first, so that the oats get totally blended and you don’t have any whole oat pieces in the brownie bites.
- Sticky medjool dates are a must. There are many varieties of dates, I always use medjool because they have incredible sweet flavor + gooey, sticky texture that will hold these brownie bites together.
These vegan 3 ingredient no bake brownie bites are super chewy, sweet, and full of rich chocolate flavor. They’re a really fun snack to prep ahead of time and have on hand in the fridge all week – if you can make them last that long!

This is a great recipe. I’ve made lots of bites/balls and most call for nuts or nut butters or sticky syrups. I like the 3 simple, wholesome ingredients of this recipe. I thought the ingredients weren’t going to come together in the food pro, but after re-reading the recipe and seeing it takes 3 minutes or so, I continued and yes it all came together in a sticky delicious ball. Thanks!
