Red onion, chopped - this is a strong flavor raw, so feel free to leave it out!
1/2 cupCorn - I just use canned corn, make sure corn and maybe a bit of salt are the only ingredients

1cupBroccoli - I get frozen broccoli, microwave it for 3 minutes, stir, then another 2 minutes until tender. Season it however you like! I use mustard powder, turmeric, black pepper, dulse flakes, and garlic powder
1/4 cupoil free hummus - I love the oasis and Engine 2 brands
Drizzle of apple cider vinegar and mustard
