rolled oats, blended to flour consistency
1 1/2
cups
super ripe, mashed banana

flax eggs
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed in a bowl with 6 tbsp water, set in the fridge at least 20 minutes
1/2

nondairy milk - I use unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until totally combined into a thick batter.
Pour the batter into a nonstick or parchment-lined loaf pan, and bake 40 minutes.
Let the banana bread cool in the pan for another 20 minutes before removing to cool completely before slicing.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
