chickpeas - 1 can, drained and rinsed

nondairy milk - I used unsweetened soy milk

cocoa powder

medjool dates

drops
peppermint extract - it's SUPER strong, less is more!

vegan dark chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend until totally smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass, top with chocolate chips and enjoy!
