rolled oats

rolled oats, blended to flour consistency

date paste - I use about 15 medjool dates, blended with 1 c hot water then measure out 1 c paste

mixed berries - I used a frozen triple berry mix
Optional:
drizzle of vegan yogurt, freeze dried berries & vegan ice cream
for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the berries evenly in the bottom of the pie dish.
To make the crumble topping, mix together the whole oats, oat flour, and date paste.
Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the berries, and bake for 30 minutes.
Top with more fresh berries and vegan ice cream if desired.
