Vegan Watermelon Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 watermelon - cut into a disc, then into triangle pieces
  • Unsweetened vegan yogurt - I love the kite hill brand
  • Toppings of your choice: I love adding more fresh or dried fruit, nuts, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Carefully cut the watermelon into a large disc, then cut that into triangular slices.
  • Drizzle or spread on the vegan yogurt.
  • Top with additional fruits/whatever else you'd like, and enjoy!
