  • Medjool Dates - pits removed
  • Nut Butters - I used unsweetened, oil free almond, cashew, and peanut butter
  • Unsweetened coconut
  • Almonds
  • Peanuts
  • Vegan dark chocolate chips - I love the Lily's stevia-sweetened vegan chips

Instructions
 

Reese's

  • Carefully slice the date length-wise and remove the pit, making sure not to cut all the way through the date.
  • Fill the date with as much peanut butter as you'd like, and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.

Mounds

  • Carefully slice the date length-wise and remove the pit, making sure not to cut all the way through the date.
  • Fill the date with as much cashew butter as you'd like, then add coconut and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.

Almond joy

  • Carefully slice the date length-wise and remove the pit, making sure not to cut all the way through the date.
  • Fill the date with as much almond butter as you'd like, then add an almond, some coconut and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.

Snickers

  • Carefully slice the date length-wise and remove the pit, making sure not to cut all the way through the date.
  • Fill the date with as much peanut butter as you'd like, then add peanuts and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.
