Vegan Oil Free Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole grain rolled oats
  • 2 cups nuts of your choice - I like to use a mix of cashews, walnuts, and almonds
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or date syrup
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, and maple syrup until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread the granola into an even layer on a lined baking sheet (I always use a silicone baking mat, but oven-safe parchment also works) and bake for 30 minutes.
  • When it's done baking, let it cool on the counter for about 1 hour then mix in the raisins and break it into chunks.
  • Store in a loosely covered container at room temperature.
