2cupsnuts of your choice - I like to use a mix of cashews, walnuts, and almonds
1/2cupmaple syrup or date syrup
1cupraisins
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, and maple syrup until thoroughly combined.
Spread the granola into an even layer on a lined baking sheet (I always use a silicone baking mat, but oven-safe parchment also works) and bake for 30 minutes.
When it's done baking, let it cool on the counter for about 1 hour then mix in the raisins and break it into chunks.
Store in a loosely covered container at room temperature.
