rolled oats

date paste - 15 medjool dates blended with 1 cup hot water

oil-free unsweetened almond butter
1/4
cup
vegan dark chocolate chips - I use PASCHA unsweetened chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a square pan with parchment paper (or use a nonstick silicone pan).
In a large bowl, mix the oats and flax.
Add the date paste and almond butter and stir to combine.
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Press the mixture into an even layer in the pan.
Refrigerate overnight, then cut into bars.
Store in the refrigerator.
