Vegan Cinnamon Bun Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats, blended into flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup nondairy milk - I used unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the waffle iron.
  • In a large bowl, mash the banana, then add the oat flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond milk and stir into a thick batter.
  • Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and cook until the iron indicates it's done - mine took about 10 minutes, but this will vary depending on your type of waffle iron!
  • Top with a drizzle of vegan yogurt, date syrup, and more cinnamon, and enjoy!
