1/2cupnondairy milk - I used unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron.
In a large bowl, mash the banana, then add the oat flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond milk and stir into a thick batter.
Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and cook until the iron indicates it's done - mine took about 10 minutes, but this will vary depending on your type of waffle iron!
Top with a drizzle of vegan yogurt, date syrup, and more cinnamon, and enjoy!
