Vegan Cake Batter Cashew Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups raw cashews
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Liquid stevia drops, to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Put the cashews in the food processor and blend, stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula as necessary every 5 minutes or so.
  • Continue blending until the texture is totally smooth and creamy, which will take about 25 minutes, depending on your food processor/blender.
  • Add the almond extract, vanilla extract, and liquid stevia drops to the food processor.
  • Blend until totally smooth and creamy.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
