rolled oats

cacao powder

eggs - 2 tbsp ground flaxseed in a bowl with 6 tbsp water, set in the fridge for 15 minutes

date paste - 8 medjool dates blended with 1/2 cup hot water

shredded zucchini - make sure you squeeze it in a towel to get rid of excess water

nondairy milk - I used homemade oat milk, but any nondairy milk should work
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the oats and cacao powder.
Add the flax eggs, date paste, shredded zucchini, and nondairy milk, and stir to thoroughly combine.
Pour the oat mixture into a nonstick or parchment lined square pan, and bake for 30 minutes.
Let the oats cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
