Vegan No Bake Cinnamon Bun Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup oil-free unsweetened almond butter
  • 12 medjool dates

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until totally combined.
  • Roll the mixture into bites the size of your liking - I made about 10 bites using a little over 1 tbsp of the dough for each.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
