Vegan No Bake Granola Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup date paste - 15 medjool dates blended with 1 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup oil-free unsweetened almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the oats and flax.
  • Add the date paste and almond butter and stir to combine.
  • Press the mixture into the pan in an even layer.
  • Refrigerate overnight, then cut into 8 bars.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
