Ingredients

date paste - 15 medjool dates blended with 1 cup hot water

oil-free unsweetened almond butter
Instructions
Line a square pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the oats and flax.
Add the date paste and almond butter and stir to combine.
Press the mixture into the pan in an even layer.
Refrigerate overnight, then cut into 8 bars.
Store in the refrigerator.
