3/4cupnondairy milk - I used unsweetened almond milk, but any nondairy milk should work

Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron.
In a large bowl, mix the oat flour and almond milk into a thick batter, and gently fold in blueberries. You can add a little stevia here if you want your waffles a bit sweeter.
Cook the waffles in the iron - this amount of batter makes one full size waffle, and there will be a bit leftover for a smaller one, too. Mine took about 10 minutes in my iron, but this time might vary depending on your waffle iron.
Once the waffles are cooked add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
