Vegan Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup nondairy milk - I used unsweetened almond milk, but any nondairy milk should work
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the waffle iron.
  • In a large bowl, mix the oat flour and almond milk into a thick batter, and gently fold in blueberries. You can add a little stevia here if you want your waffles a bit sweeter.
  • Cook the waffles in the iron - this amount of batter makes one full size waffle, and there will be a bit leftover for a smaller one, too. Mine took about 10 minutes in my iron, but this time might vary depending on your waffle iron.
  • Once the waffles are cooked add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
