vegetable stock

frozen broccoli

nutritional yeast

fire roasted tomatoes
Instructions
Put the quinoa, stock, and broccoli in a pot and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat down to medium, cover and cook until the quinoa has absorbed the stock, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the nutritional yeast, mustard, turmeric, and garlic powder, and stir.
Add the spinach and stir until the spinach wilts.
Stir in the fire roasted tomatoes and serve.
