Ingredients

rolled oats, blended into flour

tbsp
cinnamon
1
cup
date paste - 15 medjool dates blended with 1 cup hot water
1
flax
egg - 1 tbsp ground flaxseed in a bowl with 3 tbsp water, set in the fridge for 15 minutes
1
cup
nondairy milk - I used unsweetened almond milk

tbsp
each cinnamon + stevia, for rolling doughnuts in after baking
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the oat flour and cinnamon.
Add the date paste, flax egg, and almond milk, and stir into a thick dough.
Pour the batter into a nonstick doughnut pan, and bake for 15 minutes.
Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then carefully turn them out and roll in the cinnamon + stevia mixture.
