rolled oats

eggs - 2 tbsp ground flaxseed in a bowl with 6 tbsp water, set in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

unsweetened oil-free peanut butter

ripe, mashed banana

nondairy milk – I use unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, flax eggs, peanut butter, mashed banana, and nondairy milk into a thick batter.
Pour the mixture into a nonstick or parchment-lined square pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Let the oats cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
