1tbspdate sugar – I have only tried this recipe with date sugar, but stevia or coconut sugar would probably also work
1tbspunsweetened oil-free peanut butter
1tbspunsweetened applesauce
1/4cupnondairy milk – I use unsweetened almond milk, but any nondairy milk should work
1tbspvegan dark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large microwave safe mug or bowl, mix the oat flour and date sugar.
Add the peanut butter, applesauce, milk, and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Microwave the mug cake for 2 minutes. Depending on your microwave you may like it a bit more cooked, so feel free to cook more 1 more minute at a time until the center is no longer too loose. I usually cook it 3-4 minutes total.
Let the mug cake cool, add any toppings you like and enjoy!
