Vegan 2 Ingredient Blueberry Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4-1/2 cup water - I always start with 1/4 cup, then add a little at a time as needed to make sure everything is blended but the texture is still super thick.
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until totally smooth.
- Add any toppings if desired and enjoy immediately.
