1/2cupcashew butter - I always use natural, unsweetened and oil free nut butters
10pittedmedjool dates
2tbsppumpkin puree
1tsppumpkin pie spice
Instructions
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until totally mixed. It may clump into a huge ball at first, just be patient and it may break up on its own! If not, just stop the food processor a few times and break it up with a spatula to help it along until everything is totally combined into a thick, sticky dough.
Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, using 1 tablespoon for each energy bite.
