Vegan Chocolate Caramel Coconut Nice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup water - you may need slightly more depending on your blender to get everything blended smoothly, but I like to use as little liquid as possible for a thick texture
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Optional toppings: Just Date Syrup for more caramel flavor, vegan dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen bananas, dates, cacao powder, and water to a high speed blender and blend until totally smooth and creamy.
  • Top with coconut and any other toppings you'd like, and enjoy immediately.
