Vegan Single Serve Pineapple Banana Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup nondairy milk – I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In an oven safe bowl, mix the oats and ground flax.
  • Add the mashed banana and nondairy milk and mix until everything is incorporated.
  • Mix in the pineapple, pour the oats into an oven safe bowl and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Once they've cooled, add any additional toppings you'd like and enjoy!
