Vegan Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

whole grain rolled oats

ground flaxseed
1/4
cup
freeze dried strawberries, blended into powder (this is optional but highly recommended, it adds so much great strawberry flavor!)

ripe banana, mashed
1/2
cup
nondairy milk - I use unsweetened almond milk
Sliced
fresh or
frozen strawberries for on top
Instructions
Mix the oats, ground flaxseed, and freeze dried strawberries in a bowl.
Add the mashed banana and nondairy milk and stir to combine.
Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
When you're ready to eat, mix the oats and add a bit more milk depending on the texture you want, then top with sliced strawberries.
