ground flaxseed

date sugar, stevia, or coconut sugar

cinnamon

finely diced carrot
3/4
cup
nondairy milk – I used unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In an oven safe bowl, mix the oats, flax, date sugar, and cinnamon.
Add the chopped carrot and nondairy and mix until everything is incorporated.
Bake the oats for 30 minutes.
Once they've cooled, top with whatever you like and enjoy.
