Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 large carrots, roughly chopped

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups nondairy milk – I used unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until totally smooth.
