Vegan Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp oil-free unsweetened peanut butter - you could also swap peanut butter powder for a low fat smoothie
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups nondairy milk – I use unsweetened almond milk and I always start with about 1 1/2 cups, then add a little at a time as needed to get the consistency I like.

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until totally smooth.
