rolled oats

ground flaxseed

date sugar
1
tsp
cinnamon

tsp
vanilla extract

finely chopped apple - I leave the skin on but feel free to remove it if you don't like the texture

nondairy milk – I used unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In an oven safe bowl, mix the oats, flax, date sugar, and cinnamon.
Add the chopped apple, vanilla extract and nondairy and mix until everything is incorporated.
Bake the oats for 20 minutes.
Once they've cooled, top with whatever you like and enjoy.
