1tbspunsweetened vegan yogurt - my favorite is Kite Hill
Instructions
Add the oats + water to a large bowl and microwave for 2 min, then let cool completely.
Mix in the flax, cocoa powder, and vanilla, and stir everything is incorporated. You made need to add a little water to get everything to mix together completely, I like my oats super thick so I add just a splash as needed. If you're adding a granulated sweetener, mix that in too.
Top the oats with the vegan yogurt (mix that with a little more vanilla if you want extra "cream" flavor).
