water - I like to add as little liquid as possible for as thick of a smoothie bowl as possible, so feel free to add more/less depending on your blender and the texture you want.

toppings of your choice - fresh fruit, nuts/seeds, nut butter, etc.
Instructions
Add the frozen banana, frozen blueberries flaxseeds, protein powder, and water to a high speed blender and blend until totally smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with raw granola and anything else you'd like, then enjoy fresh!
